Gunnar Ackx
About the founder
Gunnar is a second generation coating inspector. 25 years in the field. One of the first NACE Certified Coating Inspectors in Europe, SSPC Past President and trainer to 300+ professionals.
Gunnar built his career from the ground up, from junior inspector alongside his father, to becoming a leading voice on the international stage. In 2010 he became the first international board member of SSPC, and served as its President from 2016.
The Coating Network is born from experience. After years of inspecting coating projects Gunnar decided to build the platform he always wished existed.
